Terms of Service

Last updated August 27, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Scabel Media MCP (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. What Scabel Media MCP does

Scabel Media MCP lets you connect your own Google Ads, Google Analytics 4, Meta Ads, and Google Search Console accounts and query them through AI assistants that support the Model Context Protocol (MCP). Scabel Media MCP only accesses accounts you explicitly connect and authorize via OAuth.

2. Your account

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account, including any AI assistant you connect to it.
  • You must be authorized to connect any advertising or analytics account you link — as its owner, or with the owner's permission (such as via our share-link feature).

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Scabel Media MCP to:

  • Access accounts you are not authorized to access.
  • Attempt to circumvent rate limits, security controls, or the usage policies of Google, Meta, or any connected platform.
  • Resell, sublicense, or provide the Service to third parties without our consent.
  • Reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the normal operation of the Service.

4. Third-party platforms

Scabel Media MCP depends on APIs provided by Google, Meta, and other third parties. We do not control, and are not responsible for, the availability, accuracy, rate limits, or policy changes of those platforms. Your use of connected platforms remains subject to their own terms of service.

5. Data and content

You retain all rights to your advertising and analytics data. Scabel Media MCP accesses it solely to fulfill requests you make through the Service. See our Privacy Policy for details.

6. Service availability

We aim to keep Scabel Media MCP available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be unavailable due to maintenance, third-party platform outages, or circumstances outside our control.

7. Termination

You may stop using Scabel Media MCP and disconnect all accounts at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for accounts that violate these Terms, pose a security risk, or engage in abusive use of connected platform APIs.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that data retrieved through Scabel Media MCP will always be complete, accurate, or up to date with the source platform.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Scabel Media MCP and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including any advertising spend decisions made based on data retrieved through it.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
