Privacy Policy

Scabel Media MCP ("Scabel Media MCP," "we," "us," or "our") provides a connector that lets you access your own Google Ads, Google Analytics 4, Meta Ads, and Google Search Console data through AI assistants that support the Model Context Protocol (MCP), such as Claude and ChatGPT. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Information we collect

• Account information: the email address and password you use to create a Scabel Media MCP account.
• Platform connection data: when you connect a Google Ads, GA4, Meta Ads, or Search Console account, we store an OAuth access/refresh token, the connected account's ID and display name, and the scopes you granted. We never store your Google or Meta password.
• Usage data: basic operational logs (timestamps, which tool was called, error rates) used to keep the service running and detect abuse. We do not log OAuth tokens or other credentials in plain text.
• API keys: if you generate a personal API key, we store only a one-way hash of it, never the key itself.

2. How we use your information

• To authenticate you and keep your account secure.
• To retrieve data from the platforms you've connected, solely in response to a request made by you (or an AI assistant acting on your instructions) through Scabel Media MCP.
• To enforce rate limits that protect your connected accounts from being flagged by the underlying platform.
• To detect, prevent, and respond to fraud, abuse, or security incidents.

3. Google API Services User Data Policy

Scabel Media MCP's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Data retrieved via Google Ads and Google Analytics 4 is used only to answer the queries you make through Scabel Media MCP and is never sold, shared with advertisers, or used to train generalized AI/ML models.

4. Meta Platform data

Data retrieved via the Meta Marketing API is used only to answer the queries you make through Scabel Media MCP, in accordance with Meta's Platform Terms and Developer Policies. It is not used for advertising, sold to third parties, or shared outside of serving your own requests back to you.

5. How your data reaches your AI assistant

When you ask a question through an AI assistant connected to Scabel Media MCP, Scabel Media MCP retrieves the relevant data from the platform you connected and returns it to that assistant to answer your question. What happens to that data once it reaches your chosen AI assistant is governed by that assistant provider's own privacy policy, not this one.

6. Data storage and security

Your account and connection data is stored on encrypted infrastructure. Access to stored credentials is restricted to the systems that need them to serve your requests. We apply industry-standard practices including CSRF protection, rate limiting, and hashed storage of secrets — see our Security overview.

7. Data retention and deletion

We retain your connection data for as long as your account remains active and a given connection stays enabled. Disconnecting any platform account permanently deletes its stored credential immediately — not just hides it. You can request full account deletion at any time by contacting us.

8. Your choices

• Disconnect any connected platform account at any time.
• Revoke Scabel Media MCP's access directly from your Google Account or Meta settings at any time, independent of Scabel Media MCP.
• Request a copy or deletion of your data by contacting us.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
